Appointments

We recommend that appointments be made in advance so that we can accommodate your specific scheduling requests.

Spa Etiquette

Kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete paperwork so that your treatment can start promptly.

We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals. A late arrival will receive an extension of scheduled service only if it is available. Otherwise, you will receive the service for the balance of the period remaining and will be responsible for the full service fee.

So that you may receive the maximum benefit from your treatment, and in consideration of other guests, please leave cell phones, pagers and other electronic devices securely locked in your car or silent during session .

 

Payment for Services

We accept MasterCard and Visa, Cash and Checks with prior approval.  A $25 service charge will be assessed on all returned checks.

Published prices do not include sales tax or gratuity.  Gratuities are always appreciated, never expected.   If you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to include a 15 - 20% gratuity to your therapist.

Prices are subject to change without notice.


 

Return/Refund Policy

No refunds on Gift Certificates, services or products.   Gift certificates may, however, be transferred to an individual other than the individual they were purchased for.

 

Privacy & Security Policy

We collect no personal information about you unless you choose to provide that information to us.  We do not give, share, sell, or transfer any personal information to a third party.
